If you choose
to use this service it will also implie the acceptance of
our
Terms and Conditions.
As
to ensure the smooth operation of this service for all users,
it is required
that
you and each site that you promote with happy2surf.com must
comply with the following:

Your
site must be in English.

No
code to break out of our frame, No messages, ads, scripts,
pop-ins, slide-ins, downloads, errors, dialog boxes or anything
which could interrupt the auto page rotation. No inappropriate,
illegal, adult or violent content or any text or material
that might reasonably cause offense. No broken, under-construction
or slow-loading pages.

You
MUST test your sites using our sign-up page or the Edit button
for the site
in your account. Non-complying sites (or
entire accounts) will be suspended or deleted and all credits
and earnings lost, without notice. We will not respond
to questions about such sites or accounts. Your account will
be deleted
if it is inactive for 180 days or if we cannot
send e-mails to you.

Your
login email must be kept active. You can change it anytime
with the Edit
button. Bounced email is a cause for account
deletion.

Members
may NOT have multiple accounts.

You
agree to receive emails from our administration and marketing
departments,
and
from your upline and downline (single
levels). Your personal information will not be shared with
others.

You
agree to indemnify happy2surf.com from any and all claims
resulting from your
use of this service. Member fees are
not refundable under any circumstances. You understand
that to reverse or charge back any payment may damage the
program
and
its members. Any dispute will be settled by happy2surf.com.

Free
members can only use their earnings to purchase upgrade units,
it can't be cashed out.
-
Upgrade
Units expire after
180 days or when the total amount earned, including referral
commissions, corresponds to 120% of their value.
-
Cash
outs: We
apply the 50/50 rule, this means that after making your
cash out request you must purchase new upgrade units for
the value corresponding to at least
50% of the cash out amount before payment is made. A cash
out request also terminates any active upgrade units you
may have left.
-
Earnings
are not guaranteed, but they are almost certain due to our
unique business plan. If no surfing activity is registered
for a period longer than
180
days
your account
and any earnings
will be deleted. The current
referral
commission
may be varied if necessary at times
to
ensure the continued operation of the program.

You
may refer family and friends and receive commission for all
advertising they
purchase. You may all use the same
computer but not at the same time. You will have to Logout
to change accounts.

You
are welcome to promote happy2surf.com but making false representations,
using any form of SPAM or UCE including
bulk email or posting to forums, lists or newsgroups etc
where
such postings are not welcome, will result in the cancellation
of your account, the loss of payments and earnings, and prosecution.

You
agree to indemnify the operators and members of happy2surf.com
from all claims
and harm. In particular, you agree not to attempt
fraudulent payments, not to attempt to charge-back or cancel
payments, not to complain to providers or authorities and
not to spread negative opinions which could undermine confidence
in the program. You accept that happy2surf.com rulings
on
any disputes are final.

agrees to treat you fairly. You accept that the operators
of happy2surf.com will use their best endeavors
to provide and maintain this service indefinitely whilst
outcomes are positive, but cannot be held responsible for
events beyond
their direct control.

Your use of this
service implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
DISCLOSURE
1. happy2surf.com
is not an a typical "paid to surf" traffic exchange
(see above). It provides
free and paid members with the opportunity to earn money
for selling different advertising packages to their referrals
in exchange for viewing other members web pages. Members
purchasing Upgrade Units are contributing to ensure your
earnings.
2. The
money you pay to happy2surf.com for the purchase of Upgrade
Units is NOT a membership fee,
NOT an "investment" nor a "deposit".
Upgrade Units gives you more advertising privileges, the amount
of Upgrade Units purchased gives you the right to earn a
larger share of our advertising earnings. Money paid to you
by happy2surf.com
is earned by you for your use
of
our
services
and marketing
of our
products,
it is NOT an "interest", is rather a kind of commission.
3. Up
to 120% of your spend on purchases of APs are returned
to you provided you surf a minimum of 20 sites per day for
60 days. Your spend is
not refundable
under any circumstances. You will be in breach of our terms
and liable for prosecution if you make a fraudulent payment,
request
a refund, or attempt to "charge back" any payment.
Paying for the purchase of Upgrade Units to happy2surf.com
indicates that you have read and that you accept all terms
and conditions
disclosed
on the site.
5. You
accept that the services provided by happy2surf.com are "as
is" and
may be discontinued at any time for any reason and that you
may lose money as a result. happy2surf.com
intends to provide the services indefinitely but cannot be
held responsible for events outside of its control. Such
events may
include a reduction of participation in the program, computer
or network failure or legislation.
6. All payments made
by happy2surf.com are derived from the
sales of advertising to our members and in particular your
downline
and
any
other
revenue producing
activities
undertaken by happy2surf.com from time to time.
7. If you have any
complaint about happy2surf.com or its services, please direct
them to admin@happy2surf.com. We promise to
treat you fairly. IT IS NOT IN YOUR INTEREST to complain to
anyone else. Doing so may disrupt the continued operation of
happy2surf.com
and result in losses for everyone.
8. If you cannot understand
and accept this, DO NOT PARTICIPATE.
9. You agree not to
participate if you believe our program happy2surf.com
is illegal in your area or if you reside
in any country prohibited from trade with the USA or Australia.
